• "Is there something you're not telling me, Vanessa?" I asked in a clear voice as my eyes brushed over her tired face. It was alarming to me that she was looking this tired after I had informed her helpers to let her sleep for as long as she wanted. Concern was clearly written on her face and I could see a hint of apprehension.
