Chapter 32 Who Is She

• “A cup of coffee and the list of weapons you would like to have brought here,” Lucien answered when he saw Brianna was no longer patient to wait for his orders. He actually had the answer in his mind ever since they were in the lift going up to his office, but he intentionally delayed saying them as he wanted her close, side by side with him, not behind him like a bodyguard as to her knowledge. “Please tell Vicky to be in my office on your way out,” he added. He needed to brief Vicky of their arrangement to be sure Brianna would not feel distressed since Clark said she was having a memory loss.
• “How do you like your coffee is made, Sir?” Brianna asked before leaving his office.
• “I will take any coffee you would bring me. You can make it according to your preferences,” Lucien nonchalantly answered. He was not even looking at her as he busied himself, checking the pile of folders on his desk.
