• Arnold checked Charlie's pulse and breathing. However, no vital signs were found. Along with Arnold's conclusion that Charlie had been murdered.
• "It's murder!" Arnold exclaimed, his voice loud and clear, echoing in the room which instantly became silent. All eyes were on him, as if looking for an explanation. "Arrest him!" Arnold pointed at James who stood in the corner of the room.
• James, calmly, let the guards approach him. He did not put up a fight. Arnold followed him to confirm what he had done.
