• So, tell me, what's up with you and Leah?"
• I wasn't surprised she knew. Gary could keep nothing from her, no matter how important. It was incredibly frustrating.
• I gritted my teeth, trying to decide if I should tell her anything. She was nice, truly nice. Gary trusted her with his life and beyond, and I trusted Gary. I knew she was smart, and sincere. I knew she was rarely boggled down by feelings- one of the reasons she wanted to become a lawyer.
