Chapter 16
- It's been two days since Ariana came to join the rest at school. She had tried as much as she can to get closer to Jasmine but she was adamant. She doesn't want to have anything to do with her and Ryan. And no matter how much she tries, the fact remains that Jasmine doesn't care about her. Unlike Jasmine, Jabal was easier to talk to. She never had to stress herself to get through him. The problem she had with him, was Ryan following him around. She couldn't get too close to him, with Ryan around. She wished he was strong-headed like Jasmine. While Ariana waited patiently for the perfect way to get through to Jasmine.
- at was time for lunch. Every student finds their way to the cafeteria except Ariana who feels comfortable staying in the class alone. Ryan left with Jabal, Alvin, and Beverly, while Jasmine found her way to the library. She needed to do a few things there. She wore her headphone to listen to music, as she found her way through the hallway. She bumped into someone, and her books fell in the process. "I'm so sorry" she cooed, bending down to pick up her books and that of the other person.
- "It's nothing, Jas" the person replied
