• We are carrying Lycus's pup! The words rang in my head as I stared into space suddenly forgetting everything and everyone around me.
• My hand crawled instinctively to my belly clutching at my worn out clothing, my fingers Splaying across it with a sense of protectiveness, the same I had felt earlier and I knew why now.
