Chapter 43 Class Reunion

• After Hannah hung up the call, she had a quick wash up in the bathroom and headed downstairs. Upon asking the maids, she was informed that Connor would only be back around afternoon, so she decided to go for a stroll around the garden. At that moment, the sunlight was simply perfect. Since the gardener had just trimmed the plants and shrubs, she could smell the lovely scent of nature. Taking a few deep breaths, she found an ideal spot and laid herself on the patch of sunlight, enjoying the sunbath.
• Gradually, she felt a little sleepy, thus shut her eyes to take a snooze.
• As soon as Connor finished work, he went straight back to the condominium. When he couldn’t find Hannah in the bedroom, he went searching around the house for her. Frowning, when he was about to ask Mrs. Voss of Hannah’s whereabouts, he caught sight of her through the french window from the second floor.
