• It's ridiculous how I'm still trying to hang around her when she already made it clear to me that she doesn't want me, but trust me, there's no way in hell I was ever going to give up on us. I mean, I won't ever do that.
• "You are just wasting your time, man," my subconscious mind reminded me as I packed up the food I just made in the kitchen, but I quickly dismissed the thought. I was ready to murder any bad energy and negative thinking, giving myself all the hope I could gather even though it didn't seem like it was going to work.
