• The musicians played spirited waltzes, and Renz was shameless in his physical conquest of her body as they moved together. Lena barely noticed the judgmental gazes and whispers from the older couples that danced, for she was too entranced and entertained by Renz's energy.
• His intense eyes never left hers as they moved together, and when the waltz took on a playful tone, so did Renz's movements. He rapidly dipped her as they waltzed, pulling her back up against him on a bubbly bounce, with an impish, almost childlike twinkle in his eye.
