• Lena's entire body felt exceptionally sore the next day, from her mouth to her stomach to between her legs, but she couldn't help but smile when she thought about how that came to be.
• Renz had been harder and rougher than he had ever been with her, but Lena found that she'd completely enjoyed it. Despite her nervousness, Lena knew that she wasn't truly afraid of Renz anymore. She knew he would be rough, but she now knew that he would never truly injure her or threaten her life.
• The blissful, faint smile remained on her face as they left Berlin and returned to Schloss Wolfenbarger. It was the smile of a woman fully satisfied. The smile widened each time she stole a glance at Renz, who, to her surprise, was constantly smiling at her as well.
