• Lena flushed in embarrassment and had to look away from him, for the utter truth in his words frightened her, despite how presumptuous they were. They hadn't had much time to talk about what had happened...how did he know her thoughts?
• "So I'm trapped," Lena said solemnly. She heard Renz laugh, and she felt her indignation begin to rise.
