• Beta Kian looked eyed me as if asking me if I was alright and I nodded at him.
• I could tell he was worried that something might happen again and even much worse than yesterday. Just like what I heard from what he and Alpha Evan talked about before I entered the training area, Alpha Evan would never go soft on me. On a battlefield, no one would ever show mercy on you or wait for you until you can fight back. Death would be certain and the only thing that would help me survive from all the rapid changes happening in my life was to know how to defend myself from anyone who would try to hurt me.
