As if Doctor Matt and Leila are on adrenaline, quickly their hands both flew towards the needle, but Doctor Matt was faster, quickly he unwrapped the needle pack, she spread it on a tray and brought the tray towards Lucas. Lucas was not the bit moved, he picked up on of the needle, and she insert it into his mother body.
Lucas mother Lily suffered from Cancer, it originated from her stomach, but because she feared for Lucas spending money, she kept quiet about her ailment, hence this gave the cancer enough time to spread all over her body, hence none of her internal organ was free of the Cancer virus.
