• Chapter Two
• All the sudden, the unexpected happened to the tied down man, he can heard the sound of bird singing, and water falling from a faraway place. Our man was not sure of it, but he was sure that he was dead, and even if he managed to survive somehow, there was no way he can be here in such place.
• “Maybe this was Heaven after all, at least I was not condemned to hell, even after all the cruel killing he had dealt when he was alive; let me just open my eyes and enjoy eternal life.”
• The tied down man opened his eyes, his guess was right, because he was in a forest, about some meter away from him, he can see a huge river flowing down a huge stone, causing a waterfall underneath
• The tied down man was stunned for a moment, he turned around and he felt a sharp pain in his abdomen.
• “Damn me.” He said to himself.
• Immediately his head began to go in whirlwind, a huge memories not belonging to him began to assault his head, his nose and ears are bleeding as the new memory assaulted his head, he held his head and began to scream in pain, and the same time rolling on the floor in pain.
• The memory belonged to another man named Lucas Charles, he was about thirty five years old, and also a son in law to the first granddaughter of the Ryan family, his mother name was Lily.
• Just that Lucas mother was ill, and having no other option, Lucas had to sold himself to the Ryan family and married the family first granddaughter named Cassie. Actually the marriage was not based on love, but because the family was under pressure from a powerful family, and the family Elder wanted nothing to do with the powerfully family, the only means he had was married his first granddaughter to any random man he found.
• Fate pushed Lucas as the candidate available then, not that there wasn’t any suitor after Cassie that time, because she was indeed a very beautiful Lady, her skin was fair and light, she had a round face, and Golden long hair which run to her buttock. Thus due to her beauty, many suitors wanted her, but the family Elder noticed the viciousness behind those men.
• The Family Elder wanted to save the family, yet he does not wanted to sold her favourite granddaughter to an everlasting doom, thus Lucas was the only perfect candidate, and that began Lucas journey in the Ryan family.
• At first everything was going smoothly, at least, the family elder provide for Lucas and Cassie, moreover Cassie was an intelligent and hardworking Lady, the family Elder make her the company director, until about two years ago.
• The family Elder died, and his wife became the family Elder, that was the beginning of doom for Cassie and her husband, Lady Ryan hated Cassie, thus she demoted her, she reduced her salary, yet her workload also increased too.
• Moreover the other grandchildren also mocked Cassie misfortune, there are sometimes when Cassie had to worked overnight for many weeks, her beauty began to fade, her long curly Golden hair turned to hoarse and hard, she became lean and lack sleep and nourishment.
• Yet Lucas supported her wife, though he only signed a three years contract with Cassie, but within the three years, he had grown to love Cassie, thus she sign another three years with her. Cassie also love Lucas too, at least Lucas was different from other men who only see her as trophy.
• Lucas treated her better than anyone, he was there to massage her body whenever she comes back from work, he watched her while she sleep, sometimes he fell asleep while working, only for her to wake up in the bedroom, and she found all her work done.
• Cassie knew that it was Lucas doing, thus she grow to love Lucas more and more. Lucas might not be strong and powerful, yet he protected her in his own way.
• Lady Ryan actually wanted to sold Cassie off most time, but the contract between Lucas and Cassie always stopped her, thus the old Lady order a hit on Lucas this day, it was carried out by Harold, he was Lady Ryan favourite.
• The hit was successful, because Lucas was shot in the stomach, and pushed off the cliff. Just that Harold never thought that another soul would possess Lucas body, and this soul was a grieved soul, powerful and ready to avenge all those who offended it.
• Just when the pain stopped, and this new soul was familiarize with his new body, he now know everything about Lucas, he make up his mind to at least continues living as Lucas, while he avenged those who offended him, he stood up and wanted to walked away. But then a new change happened around him.
• The surrounding began to changed, the trees began to disappear and the sound of water also began to fade, gradually, the beautiful scenario changed to black and nothingness, he found himself inside a Blue void.
• “Where am I?” Lucas asked no one particularly.
• Before he knew it again, the Blue Void changed to a Blue World, and the citizen in it are all Blue in colour, having a pointed ears and long nose like an Elves. Lucas was stunned, when suddenly the peaceful and serene surrounding turned to total ruin.
• “What do you think?” a female voice spoke behind Lucas.
• Lucas turned around and was stunned, he saw a Lady with a Golden Crown on her head, just that the Woman have the same kind of feature as the people who disappeared now.
• “Who are you? Where am I?”
• The Woman laughed. “I am Queen Lola, and you are in the Blues Elves world, well it once was the Blue Elves world.”
• “What did you want from me?” Lucas asked again coldly.
• “What do you think of my world at first?” Queen Lola asked.
• “It is a beautiful and peaceful place to live, at least that I knew so far.” Lucas replied nonchalantly.
• Well Lucas might be nonchalant with his words; still he really meant it that the Blue Elves world is really beautiful and peaceful.
• “Off course it was. Not until we became greedy, and Devil makes use of our weakness and invaded us, my husband and my king became a vessel for the devil, and we are destroyed.” Queen Lola tone carried much sorrow along it.
• Lucas was not a saint, he had also taken lot of life, but then seeing Queen Lola crying, he felt sorry for her
• “Then why tell me all this?” He asked calmly.
• “I fought my husband and killed him, and devil was destroyed forever, but at the expense of our world.” Queen Lola moved closer to Lucas. “I waited for a million years, and here you are.” Queen Lola sorrow tone changed to happiness.
• Lucas scoffed, he said. “What does that mean?”
• “The Blue Elves are powerful and full of knowledge and understanding about everything, God in heaven created us special, so we are able to use our brain to 50%, so you can call us Half God.” Queen Lola said at first, but then her expression suddenly changed, because she felt what Lucas was thinking.
• “I knew what you are thinking, don’t give it a thought because God is a Supreme Being, and with just a snap of his finger, he can wipe us all out without a trace, not even our strength and knowledge combine together can match him.” Queen Lola said finally, but she was no longer frowning but smiling.
• “So how do I come into this?” Lucas asked thoughtfully.
• “All those knowledge, strength, power, abilities, I am given it to you right now.” Queen Lola said.
• Lucas frowned, because he least expected this kind of turn around. “Why choose me of all the million people on earth?”
• “I don’t know how you found my necklace in your previous life, but when you died, I saw how resentful you are, you don’t want to die, moreover having you in Heaven will be too chaotic, and luckily for you, my necklace happened to activate when you died.” Queen Lola said.
• Lucas was stunned, he remembered that he always wore a Blue pendant around his neck in his previous life, it was a blue diamond, most time he always wondered the origin of the necklace, just that he was lucky enough that the necklace came handy when he needed it the most.
• “So where is the necklace now?” Lucas asked.
• Queen Lola pointed to herself. “I am the necklace. I have been in slumber like I said, and now I am free to join to my beloved in afterlife.”
• “Why don’t you hate your husband?” Lucas asked frowning.
• Queen Lola smiled again. “No I can’t hate him, men Heart became vulnerable when they disobeyed God in the beginning, and we the Blue Elves are no exception. At least, when my husband realized his mistake, he sacrificed himself and perished together with Devil.”
• “So to cut it short, I am no longer human.” Lucas said.
