Chapter 124

• (CARA'S POV)
• It was very early in the morning—It was time to go. I didn't want to be the one always sacrificing, but I was going to get something out of it. Still, it didn't seem enough. I wanted to put myself before the whole pack, before Rollins. If there was a way to end those creatures, it was better to know now and do something about it.
• I watched Rollins sleeping peacefully, and I couldn't stop the tears. I stood slowly from the bed; I could still feel him in me, and it might be like this for some time after the crazy night we had; I didn't mind that.
