- The light peaked through the window as a yawn escaped my lips tiredly. I knew that my sleep was to be cut short because I had to leave early to avoid anybody noticing that I was walking out of Donovan's apartment.
- I tried to get off the bed but Donovan's grip on me didn't seem to falter. My face seemed to have dried tears in them and my body was still wrapped tightly in Donovan's grip.
