Chapter 63 The News

• Charlotte angrily grumbled under her breath as she slapped her hands over her ears and turned her head away from her phone before arranging the covers over her and falling back into her morning dreams. She was already half asleep when her phone began to ring again, making her angrily jerk up on her bed.
• “Who the fuck is that?” It was rare Charlotte ever swore, but this morning, she felt like she wanted to do more than just swear. She wanted to beat up the person who was blowing up her phone this early.
• Could they not wait for her to get up before they bombard her with calls? Was the world coming to an end, or something? With a loud growl, Charlotte got up and reached out to snatch her phone from where she threw it on the bed before going to sleep. She saw that she had ten missed calls from her mother.
