Chapter 33 Hughes Anger

• “What on Earth were the both of you thinking when you went to Charlotte's working place to cause trouble?” Hughes yelled in anger as he swept everything from his study desk to the floor.
• Amarie flinched back in fear. She has always been able to manipulate Hughes and his family, but one thing she knows for sure is that he won't hesitate to push them aside if it means making more money. He would pick money over both she and Bethany.
• “We were not causing trouble. You don't know everything that happened. Charlotte was the one feeling so big because she got married into the Moore's family, and she also insulted mother. We were just paying her a friendly visit since we can't go to her house. We wanted to eat with her and get to know if she and Dalton's relationship is progressing” Bethany briefly explained. She had never seen her father this angry before. He has never raised his voice at her, and it was all her faults that he was angry with her.
