• It's early September now and we finally let Adam out of the room, but we still kept an eye on him though, he was never left alone, he might be out of withdrawal but it's very easy for him to go back. So we allowed him some level of freedom but one of us was always in his proximity, even though it annoyed him, but it was for his own good.
• We were both in the gym sparring, I thought it was a good idea, it helps him focus and to release tension, we do this almost everyday when we have time. But today it's clear that there's something on his mind.
