Chapter 101

• It's been a few weeks since we went to the doctor and we got the results three days ago. The doctor took some blood and ran some tests and then she called us back for the results three days ago. She said that everything looked alright with our blood tests and our levels and that all that was left was to do an ultrasound on Kate to check her eggs and that's when we got the news, one of Kate's fallopian tube was blocked but the other one was ok, so basically she only had one supply of eggs and not two. The doctor said that it might be as a result of the rape or an STD, she can't be sure. She said that we can still have a baby but it would just take time and she reassured Kate that even women with two functioning fallopian tubes find it hard to get pregnant sometimes so she shouldn't worry.
• After we left the doctors office, Kate was just in shock but she came out of it rather quickly, I thought that she would be a crying mess after the news but she wasn't. She returned to her normal self, taking care of the family, it was business as usual, but I was still worried that she was just bottling up her feelings.
