• Throughout the journey to the hospital, Mateo continued to hold and kiss Miracle, hoping that nothing would happen to his wife. Miracle's body was so cold, blood kept flowing out of her. Although Mateo had pressed the gunshot wound on Miracle's chest, the bleeding didn't stop. Meanwhile, Selena was with Sean. They were right behind Mateo's car.
• When they arrived at the hospital, the medical staff immediately brought stretchers. Mateo moved Miracle's body and Sean moved Selena's body. Both of their faces were filled with panic and fear. Now they ran after the medical staff, heading towards the emergency unit.
• "Sir... I'm sorry, you can't go inside," the nurse prevented Mateo and Sean from entering the emergency unit. With no other choice, Mateo and Sean had to wait outside the emergency room.
