• When I returned to my company, I was surprised to find Gideon and Zane in my office. Papers were scattered across the coffee table, and Zane was seated on the floor, his legs crossed as he drew with crayons. His focus was intense, his lips pursed as if he were working on the most important masterpiece in the world.
• The sight made me pause. Zane rarely came to my office, but seeing him like this, it was clear he had slipped into his little space.
