• After Cyrus signed the papers, I could hardly control my excitement. Although this agreement is only for a month, I plan to take good care of him and ensure we will be together for a long while without any contract. Maybe even for the rest of our lives.
• As we waited for the delivery, I decided to ask a few questions. "What's your favourite chocolate?" I asked Cyrus was still looking around my office. "I don't know, I haven't tasted that much." He replied. I watched Cyrus closely as he responded, his voice soft and hesitant. The admission made my heart ache a little—how much had he missed out on in life? It only strengthened my resolve to make this month, and hopefully beyond, something special for him.
