Chapter 97 Jamole Is Crowned Alpha King

• The band of shifters was outlined at the courtyard. Their faces were lit with victory and satisfaction as they bowed to present the spoil , ruins and female slaves they returned with. In the history of Lord Pack such moments were usually revered and kept aside to reward the shifters that had fought dauntlessly and defended the honor and guts of Lord Mayor. Shifters that knew the worth of such moments never joked with battles that stood on the orders of Lord Mayor; for they knew he would often outline them for honorary acts and victor at the battle and in most cases he had awarded outstanding shifters with pretty slaves for a Luna and mate and even authority to rule over a portion of his packs.
• Jamole had led the band of shifters back to the packs as they chanted songs of victory while they matched back home. He couldn’t wait to present the head of Dolan to Lord Mayor just to prove to him he was fit to be crowned the god of shifters and to be counted worthy to stop the Immortality Pack in the last battle. As he walked he felt proud and fulfilled to be the shifter that beheaded Alpha Dolan. Although thought of how he got hold of the head kept recurring in his mind he knew certainly that no other shifter in the Lord Pack could question his guts and anyone that dared to reveal the truth behind the head of Dolan which he got, he would defile such a shifter.

With his head bowed and his hand outstretched , he presented the bloodied head of Dolan and said, “My lord, your inestimable shifters have conquered the Dolan Pack leaving it full of ruins, spoils and disarray. Over there are the female slaves and in my hand is the bloodied head of Dolan which you earnestly requested. My Lord it would surprise you to know that I personally fought with Dolan and beheaded him. I did, my Lord,” he said empathically with a nod.
