Chapter 58 Prickling Energy

• Scarlett felt a prickling feeling along her fingertips as though tiny needles were lightly piercing her flesh. Her head felt particularly heavy, making it difficult to hold it upright.
• But, despite her agony, a warm flood of energy began to wash over her body. It wrapped about her like a warm hug, cocooning her in its grasp.
• She slowly opened her eyes, only to be assaulted by dazzling brightness that filled her vision. She blinked quickly in an attempt to adjust to the harsh light.
