Chapter 271: Get Away From Me

• There was a loud sound as Ken’s head snapped back, and his body hit the floor. When he was able, he got up on his elbows and wiped his mouth. He looked down at the blood on the back of his hand and smiled. “You can hit me,” Ken said, “but you cannot contain the fact that you have been with another woman.”
• Kylie looked at Ken and then at Dora. She walked to Dora, grabbed her by the sleeve, and began dragging her in the direction of the kitchen. “We need to talk alone,” she said. Before they’d left the room, though, she turned to Ken and asked him to wait in the hallway outside the apartment.
• Ken struggled to his feet, and he said, “Call me if you need me.”
