Chapter 14

• After this encounter, Yves and Donald felt like they had touched paradise, heaven, with their own hands. He was satisfied with the decision he made to marry her, even though he initially did it out of revenge and to defy his family.
• That same afternoon, the two of them went shopping. He took her to the luxurious boutiques and shoe stores where his sisters shopped. The next day, she accompanied him to his office. He ordered a desk and chair to be brought in because from now on, she would manage his schedule and accompany him to all events.
• When Donald's sisters realized that Yves had started working in the company, they called him to the boardroom where they would meet without her presence. He objected to this because she was his personal assistant and, therefore, would attend all his meetings.
