Chapter 368 Favoritism
- It didn’t take long for Eric to lay eyes on me as he scanned his surroundings upon entering the cafeteria. I shuddered despite the distance between us, while Kevin commented in a low voice, “President Walker’s stare gets sterner with each passing day.”
- “I would say it’s more cold than stern.” Jenny seemed to disagree.
- I couldn’t help but chuckle, which, unfortunately, led to Eric sulking even more. Without the courage to look at him, I lowered my head as I ate. Fortunately, Eric and his company didn’t linger for long before they entered his private dining room. Kevin offered to get Jenny and me some yoghurt, but I dared not accept his offer this time round, thus left the cafeteria upon excusing myself with work.
