• “I want you to come with me to the Western Church.”
• The Western Church was a famous tourist spot in Riverdale. Aside from its beautiful scenery, the more important part was that the Western Church was hundreds of years old. There was a legendary altar in there that would grant the women who prayed to it a baby. Rumors said it actually worked. I didn’t know if the legend was true, but I was going to use this as an excuse.
