Chapter 37 Hubby, I’m Not Feeling Well

• This was something Carson usually said when he wanted to have relations with me, but I’d been trying my utmost best to avoid the marital bed with him ever since I discovered his extra-marital affair with Jolene. This wasn’t the first time he’d brought this up with me, but I’d declined every single time for some reason or another. Never have I expected him to propose this when it’s still so early yet!

This gesture repulsed me so greatly that I instinctively stretched out my hands and shoved at him. Staggering from the push, Carson’s expression instantly changed, and a trace of malice crept into his voice. “Honey, what’s wrong with you?”
