• Kailin was tempted to laugh at the silly thing Raven uttered, but he kept his cool, stepped outside and closed the door. “Why are you here?” he asked again.
• The woman laughed, her hair dancing in the process. “I just answered you, didn’t I? You left without dropping a note, so I was worried. I don’t like it when you disappear to this silly hideout of yours. You know that already. Thank goodness I am here.” She scoffed as she peeped into the room. “Heaven knows what you were about to do with Aspen. I knew something fishy was going on.”
