• As she woke to the smell of coffee, Leena opened her eyes to see Owen standing beside the bed looking down at her with a cup in his hand. She grinned sleepily at him. “Hi.”
• Owen smiled at her. “I wasn’t going to wake you yet, but Chris called and he needs to come over and get some paperwork out of the way.”
• She slid up, propped herself against the headboard. “Paperwork?” Leena accepted the cup from him and smiled. “Thanks.”
