• "Bring the king here!’’ I shouted at the maid who had brought food into the room where Fenrir had locked me. It was a cell with only a bed, and I despised being confined there, accused of killing Hallie and Danielle. ‘’How could he not trust me?' I yelled, springing up from the bed. I began to pace, unable to believe that Fenrir had thrown me into this cell without hesitation. I didn't want to believe he would betray me.
