Chapter 30

• Simone woke up to find Darius asleep on the other side of the bed. He was shirtless, and of course, she couldn’t help but marvel at his perfection. Even in his sleep, his muscles looked sharp and defined.
• Shit. Did she really let him go down on her? Yup. She was still in her bra and, thankfully, her underwear too. The wonderful vampire prince must have put them on when she passed out. She couldn't believe it. Part of her was humiliated, but having him cater to her so attentively was so freaking flattering.
• She tiptoed to the bathroom to wash away the morning gush of blood, put a tampon in, and brush her teeth. Her hair was a mess, but she managed to tame it down with a comb. She should have put on some clothes, but instead she went back into the room to gawk at the man candy still sleeping in her bed.
