• By the end of the festivities, Simone stood at the top of the banister and stared down at her people. There was no physical difference between them and the lycans. She was determined to unite both races so that the kingdom could finally live in peace.
• She raised her glass and everyone turned in silence towards her. Again her heart was pounding like it did in front of the lycans.
