• Amélia finds Katherine in the hospital cafeteria, she observes her, sitting with her cup of coffee and a distant look, she approaches and sits in front of her.

When he wakes up, he sees the woman who is his wife walking back and forth with tears in her eyes and that bothers him again.

• Even before the whole process began, Katherine's bad mood was visible, she was upset with her life, she couldn't forgive herself for going through that. The insemination that Amélia chose for her was intrauterine, as it involves treating the best sperm and depositing them directly into the uterus, as she doesn't want to risk failing and Ethan changing his mind.
