• He arrived at the bank and as usual, it was crowded with a lot of people who were there to either withdraw or lay one complaint or the other concerning their account.
• His case was no different. He was there to redeem his bonus and find out why his last few transactions weren't successful.
• He had tried to withdraw in several banks before coming here but the transaction kept failing so it made him wonder whether it was a fake alert he received from the General.
