Chapter 20

• Adrian opened his eyes weakly as the ray of the light pierced into his eyes through the window. He rubbed his palm on his face and looked away with a cold look on his face. He bit on his lower lips as his head banged with an excruciating pain.
• “What am I doing here?” He asked himself with a weak tone as he glanced across the room that was painted in white.
• He turned to the left and saw an intravenous drip connected to his wrist. He shook his head with a sigh after realizing that he was in a ward.
