Chapter 29
- He took her to a little diner on the outskirts of town, one that he proclaimed had the best burgers in the area, but she ordered a salad with grilled chicken instead. This time she didn't get asked if she wanted something more than that.
- She learned that he worked in the I.T. department and that he lived in an apartment down the street from hers. This would make potential meet-ups easier if there were to be any.
- She wondered if he would try to invite her over tonight. She decided then that if he did, she would accept. She needed something to distract herself and he would do just fine.
