• "The nerve of this girl.." Tilly quietly whispered. Carter glared at her, and she yelped. It seems like only me and Carter could hear those little murmurs of hers.
• "You will stay here at my side, Addison. Mother had her own office, but I needed you here.." He spoke with pride. Beta Trent and Gamma Rex's eyes widen in shock at the sudden 180° change in attitude of their young master. Well, if they only knew how much more capricious Carter really is. One minute we're at each other's throats, and the next second he'd be sweet to the point that I almost blame myself sometimes. But I'll never forget the pain, of course.
