• Aileen took a quick glance, her eyes darting away swiftly. Putting on her earphones, she answered the call. An eerie emptiness lingered, with faint electrical sounds and the subtle rhythm of someone breathing on the line.
• Placing her phone on the armrest, she wrapped her arms around herself and closed her eyes, seeking rest. Alvin refrained from further disruptions, allowing Aileen to doze off. When she woke up, she noticed the nearby estate. The vehicle came to a stop at an intersection. Alvin and Beth got out first, and a drowsy Aileen followed suit, observing them with a hazy mind after her nap.
• Alvin disembarked first, positioning himself by the car and offering his hand to assist her. Beth linked her arm with Alvin's, and he accepted without hesitation. Taking the luggage from the assistant, Alvin acknowledged Milton with a nod before guiding Beth towards another waiting car.
