Chapter 129 Darkness

• The house was built on the mountainside, with a cliff in front connected by a suspension bridge. The surroundings were particularly beautiful in the early morning and evening. Aileen had accompanied Veronica earlier to see it in advance and they happened to catch the sunset, which was breathtaking. But at night, it did get a bit spooky. The darkness enveloped everything, and it started raining outside, adding to the atmosphere.
