• Brenda's POV
• "Why should I run? What's chasing me?" I turned to face her, but her gaze was directed elsewhere. Slowly, I followed the direction of her gaze. Slow and scared. As my eyes landed on the figure, I knew I had to run away as fast as I could.
• "Jack!" I screamed on top of my lungs, as I ran towards the little witch. She aided my rescue, helping me get away, while I clutched Hayley and Jones to myself. The three of us ran away while she waited for Jack to attack her instead. She needed to distract him.
