• When she finally got to him, her hand made its way up his face and caressed his cheeks. He hated the fact that he was leaning into her touch, but he couldn't help it. This woman was literally like water to him, and God knows he had been thirsty for so long. He placed his hand on hers and slowly pulled it to his lips. She released a sigh when he dropped a chaste kiss on palm, making tingles run all over her body.
• "I love you." She choked out, instantly making him drop her hand. A frown etched onto her face, and her eyes got teary.
• "Don't say those words when you don't mean them." He gritted out, before pulling himself from the door and walking towards the bed.
