• It was Monday afternoon, and Sam had just returned from a meeting when what he had expected to happen for a while now finally happened.
• Mrs. Wakefield was at his door, looking more than a little flustered when she said, “There are some people here to see you. I’m not sure what to do with them, Sam. Tracey from downstairs told them to make an appointment first if they wanted to meet with you, but they refused. They want to see you now. They said they’re related to Chan. I mean, I don’t see how, since they look nothing alike but…”
