Chapter 27 My Luna
- Regina
- "Regina," Richard mumbled, his voice filled with remorse as he gently wiped away the tears streaming down my face. His touch provided a glimmer of comfort amidst the overwhelming pain that consumed me. "You have to stay strong," he pleaded, his eyes filled with genuine concern. "I know it's hard right now, but we'll get through this together. I'll be here for you every step of the way."
- I nodded my head, scanning Sam's lifeless form once again. The sight of his lifeless body sent shivers down my spine, and I couldn't help but wonder how everything had unraveled so quickly. Memories of our laughter and shared dreams flooded my mind, making it even harder to accept that he was gone. I couldn't still trust my eyes that Sam was not here with me. The weight of grief pressed down on my chest, making it hard to breathe. Richard's words reminded me of the responsibility I had to keep going, not just for myself but for Sam's sake too. The emptiness without him felt unbearable, but I knew I had to find the strength to carry on.
