• The house was dark and quiet so she automatically assumed Liam had gone to bed.
• " Thank goodness " She really didn't have any strength to deal with him right now. As quietly as she could manage, she went tiptoed into Dom's nursery and her face broke into a tender smile when she saw her son sleeping soundly. She closed the door quietly and proceeded upstairs to their bedroom. She opened the door quietly and closed it behind her. She breathed a sigh of relief but it was short lived because when she turned, Liam was sitting on the bed, his head popped up against his chin as he stared at her.
