Chapter 48 Missing Daughter

• “Caden!” I screamed at the top of my lungs as I ran towards the ruins.
• My eyes were wide with terror as tears cascaded down my face. I was trembling from head to foot. I couldn’t even understand what was going on already. Despite the panic I felt, I managed to get to the part where the explosion happened and it was the part where the Master’s bedroom was. It was clear that the people who attacked the Einsworth Manor were after Alpha Caden. They wanted him dead. And now they knew where he stayed, we were not safe anymore.
• “Caden! Caden!” my lungs were already aching from the dust that covered the whole place. I coughed hard. I covered my mouth and nose with my hand and checked the whole damage. The nursery was near the explosion, and there was no way that anyone in that room could survive the blast.
