Chapter 32 Paranoid
- “Stop scaring me, Otis.” my lips trembled from all those heavy words he told me.
- I was never ready to hear all those confessions from him.
- He stepped backward. I cringe. I tried to keep my distance from him until I felt the labyrinth wall against my back. Otis took the chance to trap me in his arms as he leaned down his face so close to me that his lips brushed against my cheek, “It’s not me who you should be scared, Giselle.” there was anguish in his voice that made me curious all of a sudden.
