Chapter 55 The Scent

• “Miss, miss the plane has landed”, A feminine voice called through the darkness, breaching past the bleary black that I was put into. I gasped sharply for breath. I expected clean fresh air but l was rather met with a sickening yet a familiar stench of urine, sweat and musk. It was almost like the feeling of being jolted back to life with a defibrillator.
